Aeroponics is the process in which mist is sprayed to the dangling plant roots in the regular time interval and this process is done in a closed environment 24*7. This is a soil-less plant growing technique. Various plants like cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuces, etc. can be grown in this technique.
In this project, the air-less spray nozzle is used to provide and maintain humidity in the growth chamber. This type of nozzle is used for small scale purpose.
A New Design is proposed keeping an eye on the following points: large scale, lesser cost per plant, commercial purpose, mass production.
This rectangular shape growth chamber is modeled keeping an eye on the following reasons: space optimization, easy stacking, easy handling.
Here in this model, air-spray atomizing nozzle is used. This type of nozzle can produce fine droplets and this is suitable for aeroponics system. Compressor installation is a must required for this model.
After germinating the seed plantation process begins. The Net cup helps as a supporting structure for plants in an aeroponics system. For photosynthesis plants only need red and blue wavelength light.
This display can show various parameters like Indoor(room)temperature and humidity, liquid nutrient PH and EC, the flow rate of liquid nutrient, outside environmental conditions.
